Pricing:
Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right
to substitute an item with one of equal or greater value due to
unavailability or any other reason.

Local Sales Tax:
The state of Connecticut requires us to charge 6% sales tax on all
gift baskets containing chocolate whether shipped or delivered in
the state of Connecticut.

Delivery:
There is an additional charge for delivery. Delivery charges will be
determined by the travel distance from our company. Delivery is free in
the town of Orange, Connecticut.

Shipping and Handling Policy:
UPS delivery is available nationwide for an additional charge.
Charges are determined by size, weight and delivery zone. All gifts
are shipped within 24-48 hours after the order has been placed,
unless otherwise specified by customer. Orders received after 5:00 p.m.
EST will be processed the following business day. Orders received on
Saturday or Sunday requiring UPS services will be processed on
the following Monday. There is no UPS service available on Saturdays
or Sundays. A redelivery fee and a 20% service charge will apply to
orders requiring reshipment due to incorrect address information.

Return Policy:
Baskets Galore wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase,
however, we do not accept returns. We will replace any spoiled or
defective product. All sales are final.
